SUSAN Muwonge is beautiful; happily married, a practicing Christian mother and a professional teacher who seems socially comfortable. What more would she possibly desire? Well, speed and to remain champ in the sport of motor rallying!

The exceptional woman was recently crowned the 2011 national motor rallying champion, having cruised faster than renowned motorist Ponsiano Lwakataka.

Muwonge or ‘super lady’ as sections of the media fondly refer to her, was also voted Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) sports ace of February, having won the Mbarara female motor race, on whose heels came the claim to the Independence Day rally win October, late last year.
