We shall explore the relevance of the Avocado, particular plant to human life; one of the most common fruit trees in Uganda.

Avocados can grow to a height of 8 - 10 meters. The tree is evergreen with laurel-like leaves. The elongated, pearshaped fruits have smooth or rough skin, which may be green or brownish-red and encloses the yellowish to green flesh. The seed constitutes approximately 20% of the total fruit. Reasons why you must regularly eat Avocados. Technically speaking, avocados don’t just taste great, but they also come with a decent amount of nutritional and health benefits as outlined below.
